About Help Writer

This program quickly creates the HTML Help files that are standard for the Windows platform. All you need to do is title the content for the Table of Content, add any keyword, and write the body of the topic. It adds the topic to the table of contents.

Requirements: Windows 98 or later, the Net Frameworkd and the HTML Help Compiler

Note: The Net Framework comes on the CD if you do not already have the Net Framework. The download will detect whether or not you need the Net Framework. If you do, it will download and install it.
